All digital products sold at House of Cadence are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable. Because digital files can be accessed and downloaded immediately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is complete.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (such as a corrupted file or an access problem), please contact us at houseofcadence@outlook,com within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
